9. Survival.

    It was enough to escape from this misery and suffering somehow. How can we survive the sufferings that come to us. We need courage in our mind to survive whatever situation comes to us. Although they lost many things in their lives, there was no sadness in them. They happily accepted all the pains. The pains they experienced have become the strength to bear the pains of many thousands of people around today. Our body should not always have resistance.

    To resist anything, survive What we need is courage and perseverance.When we have a problem we seek the help of many people. Let us prepare ourselves mentally and physically. Start a change by being yourself. Don't get frustrated with our shortcomings and keep trying. Surely we will be able to survive the problems, difficulties and sufferings we are facing. Let everyone be able to survive the difficulties and crises now.

      Every person has a story of survival to tell in their life. There are many people around us who have shown their survival in front of others from the place where it was said that it is not possible to survive. It is the result of their constant hard work that they were able to survive the problem they were facing. It is very important to develop self-confidence to survive anything.

     To keep negative thoughts away, we need to make a constant effort to survive. Negative thoughts can weaken us physically and mentally. We can only try to get the strength to fight anything, for that we need to try to carry only positive thoughts in our mind.
