Scheme of Evaluation

1.Speed Test(50marks)10Minutes Duration

A.A Malayalam text of around 1250 characters will be provided as hardcopy and the candidates has to type it inside the LBS Typing,Evaluator(Software developed by LBS Centre for Science & Technology)for word-processing test.The evaluation will be done by counting the correct number of words inside the typed text and a mark will be generated based on that and the maximum mark for that test is 50.

2.Word Processing(50 Marks)30Minutes.Duration.

A.Using Microsoft word/Open office writer,creating a Malayalam documents with

i.Running text,Tables,Pictures,Shapes etc.

ii.Sample Government Orders etc.

iii.Sample DO letter

iv.Sample circular etc.
